Carried out the first procurement of Scandinavian Tele and Data communications with a single vendor in 1998. Appointed as unofficial arbitrator/mediator in IT issues.
Have conducted business in all parts of the world. From labour law disputes in South America and litigation in Australia to co-operation contracts in Asia and selling companies in Africa. The majority of the business however, has been conducted with European and American parties.

Mattias has a broad experience in providing legal advice and suggested measures not only from being an attorney-at-law at an international law firm but also being a legal counsel both at a large Swedish group and at a leading international IT-company.
Managed several IT-projects and IT-outsourcing projects, e.g. Workplace, Service Desk, IT Operations, Communications services and Application Management. In addition, managing numerous projects such as system deliveries (e.g. document management- and personnel-, HR and payroll management systems), development agreements (e.g. of a personal digital assistant, self-inspection of tickets and of ticket sales auctions on the Internet), project agreements (e.g. yield management- and resource planning systems) together with maintenance agreements. Have conducted evaluations and provided advice in several major public procurements of which several within the field of IT, for example in regards to hardware, professional services and outsourcing.
Mattias has represented clients in a large number of dispute resolutions both in court proceedings and in arbitrations including a large international IT-company, a State owned enterprise, a leading European financial services company and a market leading company in the logistics industry.
Advisor in large international acquisitions and raising of capital on the Stockholm Stock Exchange and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
