In 2005 Alago Advokatfirma AB was established specialising in commercial law and particularly IT-law. To stress and strengthen the firm’s IT-focus, the name was changed in May 2010 to IT-Lawyers in Sweden Limited.
New times require new types of businesses leading to new legal challenges. We find this interesting. As the world gets smaller and moves closer, new legal problems present themselves. That goes for everything from e-commerce and outsourcing to processing of personal data and commercial contract issues. IT-Lawyers has undertaken negotiations and practised commercial law within the IT and telecom industries since 1990. Today we can offer a broad and in-depth knowledge within these areas.
The commercial goal
The law is a tool that can help you reach your commercial goal. Currently, IT-Lawyers’ clients primarily include medium-sized and large Swedish and international corporations, e.g. in connection with drafting and negotiating major IT-related deals. Among our smaller clients you find newly established, innovative companies that make use of IT-Lawyers for the entire spectrum of legal commercial issues.
IT-Lawyers always puts your business first. If we, for example, believe that a business arrangement may affect your business negatively in a wider perspective, we will recommend you not to conclude the deal. Alternatively, we will, if possible, propose another approach to achieve the best result for you.
